As the mother of three small children, I used to think they were responsible for my emotions. That the reason I was running to chocolate was a result of the tantrums of the day. Now, I know how to process my emotions without food. When I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, the fatigue was constant and I let the disease control me. Now, I know how to gain energy through lifestyle changes. I took control of my emotions, my health, and started creating my life on purpose. I will help you do the same!

After having my 5th child, I struggled losing weight. After trying on my own for awhile, I eventually went on a diet. I lost 26 pounds in 3 months. I was happy to be at a healthier weight, but I didn't realize how hard it would be to keep the weight off. Within a few months, I gained 10 pounds back. Through education (from the Healthy Habits 123 Program), healthy meal planning, and coaching, I started to lose weight again. This time I have kept it off. 

As a health coach, I constantly see the struggle people have with maintaining their weight after dieting. My desire is to help people lose weight without having to go on a diet and living on bars and shakes. It IS possible to lose weight through healthy eating and creating habits that will last a lifetime! My life is so much better because I have changed the way I think about food. I'm excited and ready to help you achieve your health goals by changing your mind and body, one healthy habit at a time.
